Wow!………I know that there are most likely thousands of loving, compasionate, foster parents in America. But it has also become an income stream for many as well.(I met a couple in the early eighties that perceived themselves to be a micro 24 hour daycare program with 3 foster children.) You can easily handle a wild lion if it’s sedated enough…….And it may be bigger than just a few greedy grown-ups. Texas is starting to look like the national laboratory for weird government intervention? (The Waco incident, the present Primitive LDS raid, and their roll in the Nafta Super Hwy.)………Are legal and constitutional precidents being initiated there?
